PETER CHATTERTON

(British, b.1958)

Peter has enjoyed over 25 years as a professional photographer, working in Advertising, PR, Design, Production and the Music Industry. In the late 1970’s, after studying photography at the Bournemouth and Poole College of Art, the love of his new Leica camera and his desire to carve out a successful career as a commercial photographer took him to the centre of the advertising industry - London’s Bow Street Studios in Covent Garden.

In addition to London advertising agencies, Peter also worked closely with many music industry clients and travelled the world photographing everything from fashion to cars, promotional material to album covers. In the 1990’s Peter and his family moved back to the South Coast, a move which finally allowed him the time and space to develop his passion for landscape photography.
